As the leaves begin to turn colors and the evenings get cooler, it’s time to welcome
autumn. There’s no better way than by gathering some friendly faces around the
table and serving a fall harvest-inspired dinner. Chef CC Fridlin will prepare the
perfect fall menu in this demonstration cooking class experience.
Our starter will be a salad featuring chopped apples and oven-warmed hazelnut
coated goat cheese. For the main course, we will marinate and grill a flank steak on
the stove top and serve it with a red wine sauce. A simple but elegant French classic,
Pommes de Terres sautés (potatoes sautéed in butter) will be served alongside the
flank steak. There’s no better way to finish off this harvest menu than with another
delectable French dessert, Tarte Tatin, a caramelized upside-down apple tart.
The experience includes a recipe pack, instruction, and demonstration of how to make all of the dishes and enjoy samples once they are done.
