Join Chef Paula Naumcheff for the fun, immersive culinary experience of creating your very own charcuterie board! Chef Paula will speak about and demonstrate the art of selecting a balance of ingredients and aesthetics to design your very own masterpiece! You will learn the art of creating a beautiful salami rose (as seen by other professionals) and a few other tricks Paula has up her sleeve!
At the event, each guest will receive all prepped food items ready for you to begin your design experience! Paula will provide hands-on guidance and instruction sure to spur your creativity! The only thing you need to do is BYOB (bring your own board)!
What is included: a gourmet selection of two types of meat, three kinds of cheese, two selected fruits, accompaniments.
