From a very young age Cathy has always known the importance of staying active. She has been practicing Yoga since her teens and teaching for well over 20 years. She has taught privately in many arenas: personal overall fitness trainer, prenatal yoga and fitness, private Yoga and Barre instructor. Her group exercise training includes both Yoga and Barre.
Cathy is 250 hour Hatha Yoga. She has hundreds of teaching hours. Her Yoga focuses on connecting breath with movement and her Barre is about results and having fun.
