My guide hasn’t replied. What should I do?

If it has been more than 48 hours, please contact customer support by clicking on Contact on the Home Page menu. Include email address you used for your guide, your guide’s name, and a brief summary of the issue.

What is your refund policy?

Booking Cancelled by Host: 100% Refund

Booking Cancelled by Guest:

  • 14 days or more before the experience date: You will be refunded 100% of the total price.
  • Less than 14 days before the experience date: no refunds will be made

Do I tip my guide?
