Have a healthy curiosity about wine? This is the class you’ve been waiting for! If you have fundamental questions about how wine is made, how to pick a “good” wine, or even what makes one wine from different from another, you’ll find the answers here.
In this beginner-level course, we talk about how to purchase, store, serve, and pair wine, as well as filter through some fun wine accessories and demystify all the jargon all in a fun, friendly environment with a certified Sommelier.
Location: The Portable Palate, Huntsville, Al (address provided upon registration)
Date/Time: Saturdays, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Duration: 2 hours
What is included: You will sample 7 different wines, taste perfectly paired appetizers and leave with a worksheet for future reference.
