A statewide leadership organization made up of twenty participants and one internal meeting planner.

The Client’s Objective:
Utilize a professional destination management company to produce an executive retreat offering multiple days of leadership training, bonding opportunities, and local and exclusive experiences in the selected destination.

Our plan included procuring reservations at some of Huntsville’s best local restaurants, along with curating relaxing experiences for our client that bolstered guest bonding. Once our client selected the options that worked best and we acted as an extension of his team. Touronimo expertly produced those elements, allowing him to focus on the goals of his event.

  3. Curated daily offsite activities, including a private cigar experience and exclusive spa appointments at one of the best day spas in Huntsville during a busy holiday season
  4. Added last-minute experience accommodations when the client’s count unexpectedly increased.

End Result:
The client was able to focus on the content of the meeting and the leadership messages he was trying to convey because our team provided boots on the ground local expertise to assist in filling in the service gaps.
