Touronimo, a locally owned and operated Destination Management Company (DMC), is excited to announce the celebration of our first year in business. Launched in 2021, Touronimo has worked hard to become the go-to service for corporate, government and association meeting clients visiting the Huntsville as well as the surrounding Madison County area. “We’ve had an incredible response from our hospitality and corporate community and are grateful for the support,” said Jenny Askins, CEO of Touronimo.

We celebrate every accomplishment within our organization but it’s a perfect time to look outward into the community to those who supported us along the way. Thank you to members of the Huntsville – Madison County Hospitality Association including local hotels, meeting facilities, restaurants and transportation services. What’s more, these individuals encouraged us and assured us there was a place in the Huntsville market for our first of it’s kind destination marketing company. Furthermore, they educated us about the unique needs of their guests and graciously passed our contact information along to their meetings and events clients.

We also give our heartfelt thanks to the National Cyber Summit, the first annually-held Huntsville convention to entrust us as a partner in hosting their attendees. The Church Street Family of restaurants is also appreciated for their unwavering willingness to “think outside the box” with us in pursuit of creating something magical for our mutual guests. There are too many more to list here but, let’s just say, our hearts are full with the love shown from our Huntsville and Madison County partners.
2023 WILL BRING BIG CHANGES TO OUR TEAM
Next up and to further mark this exciting milestone as well as expand our services, Touronimo is pleased to announce the addition of Leslie Walker to our team. With over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Leslie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. “We are thrilled to have Leslie join our team as we celebrate our first year in business and look ahead to what’s next for us,” said Jenny. “Her passion for travel and marketing is incredibly valuable as we continue to grow and provide top-notch destination services to our clients.”
